* No sugar infused means there isn’t any sugar adding into these dried fruits. Please take note that each fruits contains natural sugar in it. This dried soft strawberries is made from ripe strawberries. It has a naturally aromatic profile with a mild sweet and sour flavors. 

A gentle note that sugar is a primary source of ingredient or is needed commercially to produce soft dried fruits because fresh fruits contains lots of water and sugar helps to bind water molecules thus extend the shelf life. However, in Ketogenius Kitchen, we use sorbitol, a naturally derived sweetener, to gently enhance the fruit’s taste without adding refined sugar. Our dried strawberries are low-carb friendly. The flesh is tender, moist, and sticky, making them satisfying to bite.

Because we don't over-process or coat our fruits with sugar, you may notice slight natural stickiness or softness. This is a sign of real fruit integrity, not artificial drying. Therefore, please store it in the fridge upon receiving to maximize the freshness.
